These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PRESENT.fast. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PRESENT.fast.

You must use the service in compliance with applicable law and provide accurate account information when registering or authenticating.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

PRESENT.fast provides tools for creating, storing, viewing, and sharing presentations built from markdown and structured notes.

You may use the service for normal personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and any product limits or feature changes introduced over time.

You retain ownership of the presentation content and other materials you submit to PRESENT.fast.

You grant PRESENT.fast a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the service and any sharing features you enable.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload, use, and share your content.

If you enable a public share link for a presentation, anyone with that link may be able to access the shared presentation.

You are responsible for deciding whether a presentation is appropriate to share publicly and for disabling sharing if you no longer want the link to work.

You may not use PRESENT.fast for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or service-disruptive conduct.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, gain unauthorized access, misuse public sharing features, or use the service to distribute malware, spam, or content that violates the rights of others.

PRESENT.fast and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by PRESENT.fast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights needed to use the service in accordance with these terms, no rights in the service are transferred to you.

PRESENT.fast is currently provided without paid subscription fees tied to your present use of the service.

We may introduce paid plans, paid features, or other commercial terms in the future. If we do, we may publish updated terms or separate pricing and billing terms before those features become available.

PRESENT.fast may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The service may evolve quickly, and some features may be experimental or beta in nature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available in its current form.

We may suspend or terminate your access to PRESENT.fast if we believe you have violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm the service or others.

You may stop using the service at any time.

PRESENT.fast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRESENT.fast disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRESENT.fast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of PRESENT.fast arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRESENT.fast from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought in the courts of Australia, and you consent to those courts having jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time as the service changes.

When we make material changes, we will revise the terms published on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
